The Urban-Vintage night.
The night started considerably later than what we were informed.. They should really have, as said by Tsing Hsieh, added (Malaysian Time) after the time stated. After sitting and snapping pictures for about half an hour, we can finally proceed to the registration counter and then to the ball room.
YES, I was taken aback by the size of the ballroom... in a bad way.. Let's call it a MINI-SAVE-COST one. Well, I don't think I shall say more about it since the tickets only priced RM85 each.
I didn't know what to expect from a Prom since I was a Prom-virgin.. I think it was quite organised after all. Cheers to the organisers! We got some small souvenir (a cute phone string for young ladies and ring for old men :p) upon getting a chop stated Melawati bla bla bla (didn't bother to read)
It gave me an impression of a young teen (bo lui ma) wedding dinner anyway. A table covered with RED (if I am not mistaken) tablecloth at the front and beige for the rest. About 100+ people arrived for the long-awaited-night.
The event kicked off when the emcee announced we could grab a plate and satisfy ourselves with the food served. Yeaps, a buffet. I must say I enjoy the FOOD!! Especially the lamb sausages! Ummmmpphhh! Pei... I cannot forget the taste! :D I dunno about the rest.. but I personally think the buffet was above everything throughout the night! :D Oh wait.. Kie, the company was the best after all ;) Some bands were playing as we get the pleasure from munching.. Loud the music was not oustanding.. WE could barely hear a word clearly from the singer. Yes, I am not a fan of LOUD music anyway=Noisy la.
The dance floor was opened next. Yes, everybody went crazy and started shaking their booties. Unfortunately, I wasn't in such slutty bitchy mood. *teeheehee* Maybe an angel like me don't have that part in ME :) *teeheehee* At that time, it felt like you were in a club.. where the loud music blast and people dancing all the way... Poor Graeme who didn't like it at all sat at the table jaga-ing our stuffs. Eh, not only him actually.. I was back at my seat after a while.. Yes! you got it right! I don't really enjoy it.. Being a nice boyfriend, Hsiang accompanied me.
Tadaaa... The 2006 titles event followed up soon after that.
The prom king was Yannick and his queen for the next amazing 5 minutes was Che Sarah's cousin sister ( I DUNNO HER NAME)
For the WHOLE entire night.. They only had ONE slow dance which last for barely 10 minutes..
Potong nyer..
It ended approximately at 10++pm I think. Everybody went off to continue snapping wonderful splendid pictures...
This gala night will obviously be part of my humble memory. Thank you to every soul (friend) who turned up.
Pictures next ;)
Us.. The girls and guys on our table. I have to the the shortest la.. Kie, I AM the shortest. Bluek! YEala, unfair.. taller than I, somemore get a few inches tall heels. Unfair. No justice prevail!
This is Graeme and his gorgeous date, Tsing Hsieh. This is Hsieh with his handsome date, Graeme. Let them groove with the flow for one minute.. and I am sure you will proceed to the next pic.
The pretty, the hot, the stunning, the amazing, the dazzling, the CHOMEL :) Okie, ar.. I simply put one.. Too hyper already now.. No, lazy to think actually.. The young ladies to SUM it all. :) I like to move it, move it.. MOVE IT!
Okie, I end this post with this picture.. There's a lot more.. But I shall save them for my own Blog. Jojo-petite, Tsing-siaokia and Mich-Leach . Two blacks and one Orange. :p The pendek-est undeniable.
For all the wrongs that I have done to you guys, Sincerely hereby, I am saying sorry. Thank you for making my life a BLAST.
